From its exquisite hillside position there are outstanding panoramic views (360 degrees) sweeping across the countryside. Both the living and dining area opens onto there own separate balcony overlooking the large 12x5 metre swimming pool, ideal for entertaining or pre-dinner drinks. On the lower ground is a games room incorporating a pool table, full size table tennis & darts there is also a French Boulez area. This captivating villa oozes a charming air of relaxation and promises utter privacy, the villa is not overlooked on any sides.

Other Details

Steps lead down to the large pool terrace with marvellous views across the countryside. There is a large shower and bathroom adjacent to the pool area for the convenience of the clients. Also on the ground floor are the bedrooms, we have a family room comprising of two double beds with a three piece settee which converts into a bed settee,(sleeps five)with an en-suite bathroom. There is a further twin room, also a double room and a large family bathroom. The quaint village of Laneia is a two min drive or a 20 min walk, here there is two tavernas, also artists galleries, gift shop, church, café ect. Laneia is famous for its traditional values and its oldie worldie streets and houses, a lovely afternoon stroll.
