Standing at an area of natural beauty, this large 4 bedroom (1 double, 3 twin, all with en-suite facilities) house has the beach for a back yard. The villa offers this excellent 4 bedroom accommodation on 2 floors (ground floor 1 bed, 1st floor 3 beds). Amenities are less than a mile away. A selection of bars/restaurants can be found in Coral Bay area 3 min away..

All bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There is a partly covered terrace, which leads from the living room and the dinning room to the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden. The garden surrounds the pool and overlooks the beach. Inside, the house is spacious, fully furnished and nicely decorated. The sea views from all the rooms in the house as well as all balconies, verandas and the roof garden are spectacular. All this and a very convenient location too as it is situated in an area near Kissonerga village and Coral Bay, and, only 20 minutes drive from Paphos town. Also note that there are no buildings near the house in half a mile radius and no construction is to take place within this radius either.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE that for the convenience of our customers, we have arranged to accept payments made in GBP and deposited to our UK NatWest bank a/c. Euro fee to be converted to GBP at the exchange rate prevailing on the day of each payment. Alternatively EURO fee could be transferred in EURO to our Cyprus EURO bank account.

The beach house has a private swimming pool (8.5x4.5) complete with patio furniture and sun loungers, surrounded by patio area and grass, barbeque and gazebo/pergola, outdoor shower and gardens overlooking the sea, all helping you to relax by your own pool whilst watching the sun diving into the sea. The living room is equipped with TV, DVD player, CD player, satellite TV and decoder. In addition there is a feature fireplace with seaviews on either side. Kindly note that indoor bath towels and linen are provided and are changed weekly. The property is also cleaned once a week.
