The villa is furnished to a very high standard and includes a large air-conditioned/heated living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table with 6 chairs and stools on the breakfast bar. Patio doors with fly screen open from the lounge to the large outer covered tiled patio area which is equipped with a modern patio table with 6 chairs and leads to the 9m x 4m mosaic tiled swimming pool complete with roman stairs for safety,a pool shower to keep you cool and 6 sun loungers with umbrellas and cocktail tables to relax and sunbathe.

Ceiling fans have been installed in the lounge and dining area. All windows and patio doors have sliding blinds to keep the interior cool and for security. Patio doors have additional locks for security. Additional features of the villa include a large satelite TV,DVD,CD player has a usb port to connect your mp3/ipod to play your own collection of tunes, security safe in the master bedroom for important documents and coded key safe outside front door. The villas water supply has a pressured system and the hot water is heated by solar panels on the roof. However there is a back up immersion heater in case of increased demand.

Also note that all bed linen, bath and hand towels and a complimentary welcome pack is included in the price. Simple clean and linen change every 7 days. Unless part weeks booked (i.e 10 days then there is no clean/linen at 7th day. Additional cleaning/linen available at extra cost on request. The swimming pool will be cleaned and maintained twice a week for hygiene and cleanliness. The gardens are maintained before your arrival.

There are also 2 sofa beds available to sleep a further 2. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower and also a downstairs toilet. The fitted kitchen is equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric oven with grill and ceramic hob with extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. Also included is all cutlery, crockery and glassware and all cooking utensils.
